    I'VE SHOPPED@7MILE FOODS FOR OVER 20+YRS. AND THEY'VE ALWAYS BEEN EXCELLENT IN THAT THERE'S ALWAYS A SALE GOING ON FOR THINGS THAT YOU CAN/WILL/DO ACTUALLY USE/NEED TO FEED YOUR FAMILY AND SALE ITEMS ARE ALWAYS IN STOCK

    Used to shop here a lot. It is "decent", but watch out for the produce - it has always been very overpriced for a poor selection. If sale items suit your needs, then go for it. Hot food section is actually very popular, with freshly prepared snacks and pizza at a good price.
