Love this place, great food, wonderful service most of the time, but this is the 3rd time I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes for some meat to be done... you’d think they would keep up on the most popular items but apparently not because they’re constantly running out. I don’t have time like that to sit around and wait. You guys are losing business. Not only me but others I see leaving as well... what a shame
I've noticed the difference in service. comparing this inner city restuarant to a suburban Boston Market. We order in but we had to carry our food to the table. There no no real plates and silverware. The Livonia site not only had China plates the server brought our meal to the table. My husband and I had a conversation regarding why poor service is accepted in the urban community?????????♀️..
Why do we people of color don't demand equal quality service across state. This is a corporate issue. Franchises maybe individually owned, but corporate needs to MAKE SURE Quality Is consistent in their establishments.
The picture is worth a thousand words the taste well you to go get it yourself I promise you won't regret it
I enjoy coming to this Boston Market on Livernois. The work crew there are so hard working and gets you in and out. The prepares for food put with customers attitude, they are professional and their patience are not thin when it crunch time. I do think the customers should be more understanding. Only thing is I would like to see pumpkin pies there. Great place go get your food.
I Love the chicken here but I usually take it home & put the chicken in the oven. I like my chicken well done & sometimes it not done enough for me. My order is always quater white with corn & sweet potatoes or mashed potatoes with gravy.
