Brewery Faisan

Great beer, great atmosphere. Would be five stars if they filled growlers and howlers. You can buy fresh canned beer to go, but that’s a waste of aluminum and plastic four pack. I like to reduce my footprint by filling my own at local places. Hopefully they start filling glass at some point.

Became a fan the moment I walked in and have been back several times. Delicious Belgian-style and American-inspired beverages, free popcorn, and a fun selection of board games, all in a quiet location filled with friendly employees and patrons. If you like staring at TV screens this is NOT the place for you because you won't find any. However, if you actually enjoy talking to people in person, or if you just want a quieter place to imbibe, then Brewery Faisan IS the place for you.

Great beer. Each is an excellent example of its type without being boring. Pleasing and complex details for each. Owner's are very nice. Easily one of the top ten breweries in Michigan. A hidden gem in Detroit but I predict not hidden for long.

I have this place in my Belgian Beer list and it is a ‘locals’ favourite. We like Belgian beers & this pace has a growing local selection of Belgians. This time we had a False Dawn (Tripel) & Kings Eider (Duvel). Absolutely family friendly (with a baby changing station ???????? and all), board games, nice outdoors area. Never disappointed. Support local business

Great atmosphere and space to relax and grab a few beers with friends. We did not go on a night that had food trucks so we brought pizza with us. The owners and staff are very accommodating to your food needs.
I had the Wit and the Raspberry Saison both very light and refreshing.
