Brush up on your German songs. Great atmosphere. Staff was friendly and engaging. Drinks were good and fairly priced. Meals were good but a little pricey. Songs were fun and entertaining. Parking lot is secure and has a man outside. This was good because the neighborhood is sketchy. Will come back.

Great atmosphere! Food is really good!! Everything was delicious. All round good time! Looking forward to going again!

The historic restaurant still has the charm. I went there as a young adult with groups of friends. Many fun memories. They still do piano accompanied sing alongs on weekends. Neighborhood is severely depressed. Restaurant has a fenced parking lot with attendant station. I went for lunch with a medium sized group. The service & food great. Reserving a 5 star until weekend night visit to check out food and fun.

A very friendly and nice german restaurant. Food was excellent. Price was very reasonable. Atmosphere was worth the trip to this hidden gem. The schnitzel was delicious. I will be back.

Had a fun time here with family, and enjoyed the history of this long lived establishment. If we lived closer we would definitely beer and dine here more often. Hope to go back soon and have the cheese and sausage plate appetizer again, and more!
