Excellent!!!! U can tell everything is homemade. Very good guacamole. Worth the price. I ordered the chicken enchiladas and they were excellent.
I love eating here. I come here with my family regularly on the weekdays and almost every Sunday, we come here to eat as a family. The food is good, the service is great and the atmosphere is good too.
Love this place and the people that own it. I had car trouble and they helped me push it off the street and said they would help me start it...but I had already called tow truck. They are just wonderful people and great food
We love having breakfast here after visiting Eastern market. Their chilaquiles are phenomenal. I like their salsa - everything is very authentic. I've only had a margarita once or twice but it's always been great. After El ranch I recommend going to e&l market next door!
El Rancho restaurant has been around for ages. They have the best servers in Southwest Detroit. Food is always good, menu is very large. Food is cooked fresh, fast and fantastic., always cooked right and warm. Prices are very reasonable. Their top dog is by far the: THE TAMPIQUEÑA its a steak dinner with tamale, enchilada rice beans and lots of other stuff. El Rancho Restaurant is where true Mexico born Mexicans come to grab a taste of Grandma's recipe back home. I mean, you can find the exact same taste and ingredients from Southern, Central or Northern Mexico into one Restaurant. El Rancho is also, where Food Connoisseurs come to try some new. Or where Real Mexicans come for a Family feast after Church, or to end the night after a weekend of dancing and party. Or even a quick stop during the week to grab dinner and go. If you haven't tried El Rancho, I suggest you go and try their Menu. You won't be disappointed. I have tried many different plates and deserts; its hard to pick a favorite.
