Foods fine, they don't tell you about additional charges and seem to lose track of orders

I ordered two subs for delivery, they were here within a reasonable amount of time, that's one of the two stars. When I asked the driver if there was a straw in the bag for my drink, he says yes, okay. When I get my food upstairs to eat one, of my sandwiches was hard, and if I didn't have the other one for comparison, I might not have complained, but I did. The bread on the second sandwich was softer and much easier to cut. Though, there were no straws to be found, cool. I called the store and they were quick and efficient about remedying the issue, that's the second star. I received a replacement sandwich much better than the first and TWO straws upon redelivery. I threw in an extra star because I'm understanding and nice.
