The food, experience, ambiance and service was outstanding! Had the best vegan dish (Mjaddara) highly recommend! Refreshing yet filling! Highly recommend visiting for an all occasion style restaurant! The bar is also a great place to enjoy dinner and drinks at! The host staff was phenomenal also!

One of my new favorite places downtown. The food is absolutely outstanding. The level of service is unmatched any place else in town. And the interior is exquisite. Despite these essential facts, the attitude is very relaxed and easygoing, unpretentious. Highly, highly recommend.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Well-decorated, trendy interior with a crowd to match it. The food was delicate and delicious, intended to be enjoyed as shared plates though they have some entrees that can be ordered individually as well.

Leila had some of the best food I've ever eaten! I was beyond impressed and everything exceeded my expectations! The atmosphere is also awesome there - super cute and aesthetic. Strongly recommend! Actually made a reservation to go back next week :)

I would have to say Leila is the finest establishment in downtown Detroit. As a customer, you have so many options to choose from when you go there. Whether you are feeling a 5 course traditional Mediterranean meal, or you are just trying to have some appetizers and drinks with friends, you can NEVER go wrong with choosing Leila. Their food is top notch, fresh, and delicious. Their drinks are phenomenal. The most important thing about this establishment though is the service. The managers and waitstaff are so kind and make it a point to make sure that you are completely satisfied.
