Food gets prepared in decent time. My hope is that everyone is passionate at their work to serve customers well while maintaining professional business integrity.
Place was absolutely delicious food was hot and seasoned to perfection! Every dish I had for 2 days was absolutely scrumptious including meat loaf, catfish and all their sides are delicious...
Red beans and rice was amazing (one of the best I've ever had), but the gumbo not so much. It lacked flavor and was watery (the dark roux wasn't present at all). Maybe its normally good, but someone forgot to put the love in it when I was there.
Yesterday was my first along with my husband, experience at Louisiana Gumbo and it was AMAZING! From pulling in the back to park to walking inside the door I smelled the food! It’s great because it tastes EVEN BETTER than it smells! We order the jumbo gumbo (more than enough gumbo served), pound cake and an order of the original Cajun shrimp jambalaya AND IT WAS DELICIOUS!! The hospitality is above and beyond, clean, and I recommend everyone to check it out if you love good seasoned savory meals! I’ll be back to try the mac m cheese!!
Very cordial staff even at the late eve. hour! That veggie red beans and rice is really good and perfect timing for fasting from meat for awhile. I highly recommend!
