It was a very pleasant experience, the drive thru young lady was polite and patient was small children. She said please and thank you. We got our food nice and hot, quickly.

Good drinks. Good prices. Clean and server was courteous. Great job, guys and gals!!!

This place fascinates me! I have never successfully placed an order. When I have tried the drive through, they always direct me to order at the window, which necessitates waiting in line—so then I would have to wait again.. not really the point of a drive through, or worth the time, so I leave. This has happened probably 10 times; the place right by Meijer, so why not? Today I thought it would be interesting to go inside—surely I would be able to order something at least. But no one was tending the registers, so I waited for about 10 minutes. There were some other customers there waiting for the food that they had somehow ordered and paid for. Everyone seemed pretty annoyed and they were asking each other how long they had been waiting. There were a few employees waiting at the end of the grill line bagging things and diligently avoiding eye contact. I eventually left. I am amazed and somehow thrilled that this place is operational and employs people.
