Great food! My grilled chicken pita was packed ????
Papas never fails me. The food is great the service is great. The enviroment awesome.
Good food and the customer service isn't bad. Usually pretty quick even during peak hours. Prices are average coney prices.
Absolutely the best Coney island ever!! A bit pricey, but well worth the money. I have not had anything there that I regretted ordering...plus the customer service is on point!
UPDATE: THE OWNER GRACIOUSLY CONTACTED ME, REPLACED THE ORDER FOR FREE, AND COMMUNICATED THAT IT WAS AN HONEST MISTAKE. I AM APPRECIATIVE THAT HE TOOK THE TIME OUT TO RIGHT THE MISTAKE AND WILL BE RETURNING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT!!! THANKS AL!!
I just had the worst experience at this establishment since I began coming here when they first opened. The auburn haired, glasses wearing line cook/staff member has the absolutely worst customer service skills ever. After returning an order to the establishment that was incorrectly given to my nephew, I returned to the restaurant to return the food. Upon asking for a refund, the line cook/staff member proceeded to ask "we got the order wrong, we got the order wrong"? When I stated, "yes you did" he turned to my nephew who picked up the order and stated "you're not gonna tell her you said the name wrong". After asking my nephew if he provided the cashier with the wrong name he stated "no". While still waiting for a refund the line cook/staff member proceeded to say "you owe me $19. and whatever change." Due to his horrible demeanor I ignored his statement and decided to address the situation after speaking to my brother who was in the establishment when my nephew picked up the order.
Upon returning, after finding out that my nephew did state the right name, I gestured to speak with the line cook/staff member. I explained to him that I wanted to speak in person to explain why they lost a loyal customer. I stated "my brother was in the establishment when my nephew picked up the order and verified he stated the correct name". Therefore, by the line cook insinuating that he was a liar was wrong. The line cook/staff did try to state something disputing what I said, but I asked him to wait until I was done speaking. I proceed to state that it was a miscommunication somehow, but regardless of it he was still wrong for insinuating that my nephew was lying. After I was finished speaking I asked him "did he understand my point", then asked him if there was something that he now wanted to say. Then he proceeded to say "ok, bye" as he shut the glass door connecting the kitchen. As I was walking away the other employees and himself, then had a lot to say about the situation which I found amusing since we were having a mellow toned conversation. Overall, if the staff member could have had a mature adult conversation this issue would have been fixed and a group of customers would not be lost. However, due to immaturity this staff member the establishment lost loyal customers. I hope the owner read this and teaches his staff how to appropriately handle disagreements.
