Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Initial problem with my order was QUICKLY corrected. Server seemed to be a bit overwhelmed but remained nice. Entertainment from a gentleman who performed magic tricks was the ABSOLUTE HIGHLIGHT of the visit. He said he's there USUALLY on Saturday afternoon until early evening. Our visit was at approximately around 4 or 5pm. I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend going during the time he is there. **Not sure IF he's there EVERY Saturday**

The greeting was ok. The girl who sat us was pleasant and prompt; her twists are cute to. Our waitress was attentive and fast. The food fell flat. Warm cucumber masquerading as pickles, absent peppered bacon on our burgers, flavorless onion rings and skimpy fries. You can do better Red Robin. People come for good food and fun. Do better. P.S. Where was the magician?

Our waiter was an excellent server( Joe). The food was also very good. I was very impressed with the service. A must return visit!!

The staff was super friendly. I think I went 3 times and they recognized me and greeted me with big smile. Great service. Great impossible burger ????

I haven’t been here in a long time but service used to be good. Today (8:30 pm on a Sunday) I called twice to place a carry out. The phone rang and rang until the line went dead. Finally got someone on the third try. Had to repeat the order more times than needed. Got there. It definitely was not busy. None of the ranches I requested were in the bag. The ticket order said “no pink,” so I asked what that meant. The bartender said he thought it meant between medium and medium well. We asked for medium. Pretty annoying experience. Hopefully the food still tastes good.
