Smith & Co.

Visited on Sat I believe. Definitely worth a return visit. Prices are decent for the quality. This place has many good reviews for a reason.

Smith & Co. offers a nice variety on its menu. Their ingredients are fresh and are thoughtfully paired. Two reason one star was subtracted 1) the steak was supposed to be medium rare but was skirting the line of being medium, especially with the end pieces 2) they were out of a couple of their signature drinks, which shouldn't happen considering how popular they are. That being said, I will gladly give Smith & Co. another taste!

Awesome restaurant. We just had 40 guests for a private happy hour. We LOVED it...They did such a great job in hosting us. Staff was fantastic especially since we had so many tabs to manage. Food was great...HIGHLY recommend the grilled cheese and tomato bisque. Kudos to Katie, event manager for making this happen...Next stop is a private dinner for 12 at a great table on the other side of the bar.

Parking lot is dark and across the street, but security is there and patrol the area pretty good. At first we were denied a table because we didn't have reservations, which there was no answer when we tried to make reservations over the phone, and we couldn't do it online. Fortunately the manager did accommodate us. My drink was great 'prom night', the lamb shank was ok, but could had been better seasoned or some type of sauce. The fries were hard, the wings sauce is not good at all. I did not like the "grits". They don't have any salads, soups or pasta. The service was the greatest. It is a beautiful place, although the clientele is not diverse but the staff is and are very professional and friendly, so we still felt welcome. Would I go back again? Yes I would probably in another 6 months or so. I realize that they haven't been open for long. We still had the greatest time.

Excellent food!
My husband and I have a gluten and sesame allergy. Our server Brittany was very willing to answer all our questions and verify them with the kitchen. The delicious burger came with an equally delicious gluten free bun, and I was able to order fries from a dedicated fryer. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the grilled cheese and soup. The smoked wings were prepared without sesame too. So good!
A great experience. We can’t wait to come back!
