Sora Japanese Cuisine & Sushi Bar

Service was a bit hectic as it often is in airports. We were seated in less than a minute, and had menu's a minute after that.
I had the tempura Soba and it came piping hot to our table right after our waters appeared. The tempura was still crunchy when it was delivered and it came without green onions as requested. I enjoyed it.

I loved our host! The meal was awesome, I have so many restrictions and the young lady who helped us Tran? I hope I was close to her name. So got me.

We ate here while traveling through Detroit. We had the black dragon roll, shiitake roll, and a cucumber avocado roll. We also had a bottle of sake. It was pretty reasonably priced for a sit down airport restaurant. Our waitress was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable about every question I asked. Our food came out very fast, although we were there between meal times.

This is one of the better places to eat in the Detroit International airport. The restaurant is very clean. The staff are quite nice and incredibly attentive. My meal was quick, well prepared and delicious. Prices are what should be expected for being in an airport. It is conveniently located centrally in the A Terminal and restrooms are nearby.
