(June 29, 2019, 11:52 am)This was my first time at this Starter's Bar& Grill, and it will not be my last time. We had an excellent watress, Keyona, was attentive to our every needs, our food came exactly as we ordered and all from memory.
The food was delicious and reasonably price. -

(March 2, 2019, 9:31 pm)This was my first time here. I order Lamb Chops and Shrimp my guy had Steak and Lobster. Very enjoyable! The chops were very tender and moist. He says the steak was excellent! The server was slow but cordial. I am not from the area but it was definitely worth the travel time. ....
