It was interesting could t use my a card a kind gentale man pd 4 my food .????????

Did not have soda pop in the machine and told customers that they couldn't get them pop from behind the counter.
Customer service needs to be worked on. The cashier didn't greet me, I acknowledged her before she said anything to me. Customer service can make or break a visit and can be the difference between a loyal customer or the loss of a customer.

I like Wendy's hamburgers but there chicken nuggets taste like they've been cooked in old grease they need to change their flavor of Grease

I really don't know what's going on with Wendy's food. At this location I asked for my food fresh and it was fresh but upon eating it, it didn't taste good. I can order better sandwiches and everything and Wendy's burgers still don't taste good to me like they use to years ago. This was one of the better locations i've been to recently in Detroit. The 7mile and lodge location always give u cold food even if u ask for everything fresh. That's the location i normally go to cuz it's closer to me but the last 3 times I went there with friends they gave us cold food even asking for everything fresh. There fries are already not a favorite of mine so to get them cold and your burger how nasty!!!
