“Stopped in for lunch last week with a friend to try the Boogaloo sandwich. We had a bit of a wait for our meal, but were not disappointed. The food was piping hot and mouthwatering. I only wish I had ordered some greens to go with the sandwich. The wait was 10 minutes or so and passed quickly due to conversations with the other patrons. We enjoyed some laughs and left as new friends.”

And to make matters worse, the front door was left unlocked which makes this place vulnerable for vandals and scrappers. And there isn't a note telling customers whether they're moving to a new location or they're closing down for good. Their foods were decent but the interior is way to inhabitable to dine in. Business owners who are planning to close down their business needs to display notifications without confusing their customers. I think they were in business probably since the mid or late-80's... R.I.P. Lotus Garden Chinese Restaurant; you will be forever missed... 1980's - 2019”

All the owners care about is profit and nothing about customer service, qaulity of food or pricing that meets those same qualities. If you're a million+$ location... then your staff should be professional. You bathrooms, lobby and most certainly your kitchen areas should be clean..and I mean Sanitized to health department and franchise specifications!!!???? Your signage should be in working order and displayed properly. Your grounds should also STAY clean. Lastly, if your the owner of this restaurant...you and your management team should spend more time Fixing the known issues your location has instead of having senseless meetings about pricing increases and drama from teanage staff. Hire professional people...you and old. That's just MY 2 cents!????????”

“The young lady who waited on me was especially thoughtful. She quickly added on "10 piece hot wings" Apologized that she did not hear, I didn't even wait 3 minutes before she got my full order. I only hate that I didn't get her name. But the time was between 1:30p & 1:45 I ordered a 2 piece meal with Pepsi and 10 piece hot wings with a small coleslaw. She was very nice and quickly got my food, very efficient!!!”

The top layer crisp, the rest light with a fluff to them. Perfectly seasoned to the point I ate them without Ketchup. Even the eggs were good. Didn't think I'd find a Coney Island I enjoy just as much Super on Wyoming & Lyndon. Lol I had to mention them, I eat there often, and I love their food and customer service as well.”
