Pendy's Grosse Pointe

We having been looking forward to the arrival of this fine seafood restaurant in Grosse Pointe. Our group of five dined at Pendy's last weekend and had a wonderful experience. From the moment that we entered the restaurant, we were warmly greeted and seated at a right sized table for five. A thin, dark whole grain bread was brought to the table along with a tasty spread. The wine list was ample as were the beers (although a couple of our diners would have liked a Two Hearted option). The oysters on the half shell were fresh and delicious and the calamari was amazing! The dinner salads exceeded our expectations. Our table ordered the swordfish and white fish entrees. They were all delicious and served with a very nice asparagus and red skin potatoes. Not sure if it's available, but I would like to see a blackened whitefish option. Our main server was Alexandra who, along with the rest of the team, did an outstanding job. We will definitely be back.

Worth every penny! I had such a good experience here—from the food, servers and atmosphere, everything was well thought out and aesthetically pleasing. The sirloin sandwich and the mushroom pasta were so yummy. Compliments to the chef! 💜

Very impressed with the change! The new pink decor and uniforms are trendy and welcoming! Our server was more than attentive and answered all questions without bother. The mushroom pasta was the perfect blend of creamy goodness and bold mushroom taste. Not too rich and cooked perfectly. If you are a mushroom lover, highly recommend. Their prime rib was better than Mr. Pauls! The butter they served with the warm bread was deliciously whipped to perfection. We will definitely be back!

Four is us went to Pendy’s and all of us enjoyed the evening immensely. Service was very professional and efficient. Food selection and quality were top notch. Atmosphere was fantastic and you could carry on a conversation. Definitely will return.
