Good food and drinks at a good price. I really like the menu. There's a very strong variety of entrees to choose from. The service was also very good.
This is a beautiful place. The drinks were very good. I dont like seafood so I got chicken. It was so tender! Excellent meal and excellent service.
I really enjoyed the environment. It felt like I was walking into a beach resort. The service was very good too. I was there in a Friday night I saw at least 30 wait staff there. We really enjoyed our food, we ordered two of the more special dishes. They forgot to put plantains on my dish, but thankfully I noticed and they brought some out right away. My only complaint is that I left hungry. I wish they had bread or something in the table like many restaurants. Also we waited for over 20 minutes for our food, bread on the table would have helped with that wait.
Overall, we had a good experience. The firecracker shrimp is amazing, and so was my meal. The waitress was great. They "lost" my reservation for Mother's Day. I made it almost a week in advance and for the day before so we wouldn't be in a crowd. Well it was crowded and the manager who's name I can't remember acted as if she didn't care.
They were in my phone call list and their employee didn't enter my reservation. So the manager acted like she really didn't care. I told her that too. We would've went somewhere else but everywhere we called had longer wait times. In the future I'll call back later that day or the next just to confirm my reservation was entered, or get a confirmation number.
Another young lady got my family a table and her concern for our satisfaction made the situation better. I'm in customer service and I recognize good and poor customer service. The first manager delivered poor customer service and the second one delivered good customer service.
I wanted to give 5 stars because the food, waitress, and second manager were great, but the loss of my reservation and the first manager's attitude still leaves a bad taste.
Very impressed with this place. My wife and I did not expect much at all from this place, but the seafood was actually very good! So sad that we didn't find out about this place until right before we moved away. I don't recall the exact name of the entree I had, but they were both very good! Definitely a most go!!!
