Bob Evans

We came in with the 5 of us, including my 2 year old grand nephew. The hostess was fairly gracious, but when I put the baby chair down at the table I noticed it was quite messy with food substances. Someone is asleep at the wheel obviously at this location if a customer has to notice that big a problem. But the food was great, service was good otherwise...so the 4 stars...

Our food was very good, and the price was more than fair. The restaurant could be a lot cleaner. The wait staff has to clean the tables, and they get to it when they can. The floor was very dirty. Our server was extremely lackluster. She showed no personality, was slow, and just lethargic. A better server and a cleaner restaurant would have gotten 4 stars. I would return, but I'm in no hurry, and if I don't make it, no loss.

Our food was pretty good for a chain restaurant. I ordered the turkey dinner and my husband had the meatloaf. Both meals were good. Our server was was attentive and thorough. Especially considering he was very busy. I haven't been to a Bob Evans in years. Glad we stopped in.

I was surprised by the prices on the menu. They did offer a few specials, so we chose from those selections. The average price on the menu was $9.99 to $11.99 and that wasn't for anything special. They had a special on country fried steak , which is always a safe choice. It was very good ???? so I'm happy.
