Johnny's Italian Steakhouse

The place is excellent!!!! I would like to add that I have gone on several occasions and each time I was very satisfied!!! They have a bartender there named Charles who is outstanding.. Two very big thumbs up to you Johnny's Italian Steakhouse!!!!

We had a party of 11 on Friday April 5th to celebrate my sons graduation, service was excellent, food was also excellent, when the bill came my dad paid the bill with his credit card but left a cash tip for the waitress. She ran after my parents (they were here from out of town and staying in the hotel) and told my dad that a 20% tip was included in the bill because of the number in the party. So my dad told her he wanted to give her a cash tip, so he was told the 20% ($70) would be taken off the bill. So she kept the cash ($100) tip. But when the credit card statement showed up it was never taken off!!! And of course calling the restaurant was useless because you can not prove that the cash tip was left. The service was good, but not $170 tip good!!! So in the end the experience was disappointing. WATCH YOUR BILLS!!!!!

I cannot speak for the interior as we were hotel guests and ordered room service, but the hostess who took our order and server who brought our meal to our room were professional and kind. The food was fantastic!! I had a generously sized goat cheese side salad. The bread and dipping oil was amazing and my chicken was a touch dry, however the pasta was to die for. Will definitely be back to hotel and restaurant both!

Good food overall, great service. Unfortunately the "drunken" steak I had was good... Not great. If you call yourself a steakhouse, you better bring quality beef to the table. Could have been an off day.. but since I don't live near here...I have to rate on the day I was there..

Food was very good, server was good. Restaurant opened at 11 am. We were there at 1135 am. Placed our drink orders and it took 35 minutes to receive them, appetizers took 40 minutes to receive.

The manager and general manager walked past us several times, never asked how our food was, how the service was, etc. Very few people were there for lunch. Being a new establishment, you would think they would be interested.

I would give a higher rating but it took a long time for drinks and food. It's possible someone called in or was late, no explanation. Our server did the best he could. We will be back to see if service will be better.
