I was out with my best friend today and we were debating what to have for lunch and I decided to try out this New place for the first time. My friend had been there once before and said he enjoyed it and his recommendation is good enough for me. I ordered the 5 piece Chicken Strip Combo with two sides which were Potato Salad and Mac & Cheese. I comes with a Hot Buttered Biscuit and my beverage 🍷 of which I choose my favorite - Sweet Tea ☕. The biscuit was good and the potato salad was Amazing. The chicken strips were Phenomenal. Next time I want to try their Chicken Fried Steak Dinner which sounds incredible. Mask are optional at this time.

My best friend & I went back to Lee's for lunch today and tried the Country Fried Steak, WOW, it was Amazing. I had mashed potatoes w/gravy, Mac & Cheese, a Biscuit and a Sweet Tea ☕ with mine. My friend Loved it and we both said that we would be going back again soon. I also ordered 10 Chicken Strips with Buffalo Sauce 🫙 to go. So Delicious 🤤😋.

This Lee’s location is new, the original location is in Plymouth. This is my second time having Lee’s chicken but my first time trying numerous side dishes. My preference is the chicken tenders, coleslaw and potato salad. I also tried the mac and cheese, baked beans, Cajun rice and mash and gravy. Mac n cheese-no, it tastes like a boxed mix. Baked Beans-no, I didn’t like the tiny pieces of ham (?). Broasted potatoes-okay. Mashed potatoes with gravy-okay. Biscuit-okay. Cajun rice-okay. I’ll continue to visit for the chicken and good customer service.
Decided to try the new location, it was very good. Got the Chicken Tenders so I could try some sauces. My favorite was the Jalapeno Ranch on my chicken tenders. The other sauces were good too but I have my favorites. Recommend trying them all, to see what you prefer. Just wish there was more room to dine in.
Food was amazing, just like you would expect from other Lee’s chicken in the area. Visited on their first day, and staff did great with explaining the menu and was fast with serving. For sure this place will be a lunch/dinner time favorite
I stopped by on my lunch for their opening day. I'm super excited that I now have somewhere to go for lunch that's close by work.
First impression; the place is nice and it's significantly larger than the Plymouth store. From the time I walked in to the time I was walking out was under two minutes, that's a huge plus that they're fast on top of it being the first day open. All the employees behind the counter were friendly and nice to talk to. Great job!
Here's where I think improvement can be made:
I ordered a 5 piece strip meal and 2 of the strips were just breading with no chicken at all. First day, things happen, and employees are probably still being trained. Not a big deal, but for $12, I was really hoping for the same quality as the Plymouth store.
The coleslaw, is a bit more finely cut than what I got used to from the other location. Still the best coleslaw around but too fine for my liking.
Also, in my opinion, any strip meal over 3 pieces should have two sauce cups. One just isn't enough for 5 strips.
All in all, still excited and will return in a couple of weeks.
