Seriously the best sushi place I’ve ever ate at. Sometimes they close early which stinks but the prices are good and the food is fresh.

Hole in the wall feel to the place. Small and cozy, place was empty when we stopped by but the sushi was delicious. The salmon was fresh and the shrimp tempura had a nice taro flavor to complement the roll.

I love New York Sushi! Everything on their menu is delicious. Definitely better then Kroger sushi!! Their Udon is so good, and their kimchi is the best. Their sushi isn't the best, but it is damn good for the price.

Great food. They messed up my order and I brought it back, and they corrected it quickly and free of charge. Very friendly service.

New York Sushi is a gem for sushi lovers. It may not be trendy, but it has delicious food with warm service at an incredible price. My extended family visits every couple months or so, but even still the owners recognize us. I visited with some friends 3 weeks ago and she picked me out from the group! That kind of attention and care for guests is what keeps me coming back... well... that and the PINK DRAGON ROLL! This is my favorite roll (if the all caps didn't give it away already). It balances tempura, avocado, and the medley of sauces without losing the fundamental quality of traditional sushi.

On a practical note - the dining area stops serving after 6pm I believe. So if you want to sit in the restaurant, you have to get there before then. Takeout loses some of the charm, but it's still worth it.
