Sapporo Hibachi Steakhouse And Sushi

The food was pretty good, the staff was very nice and quick to accommodate. However the quality of the fish and ingredients to make the sushi were either of "meh" quality or were were excessively used, such as the sauces. The squid and octopus were like chewing a tire, devoid of their natural flavor. The more Americanized rolls were relatively good, but everything was so drenched in sauces and extras that you couldn't taste the core ingredients of fish, rice and seaweed.

Great food and great chefs. Food is delicious and ambiance is good. Would love to see more vegan options on the menu.

Service is good. The food tastes how I'd expect based on other local offerings of similar style and cuisine. You can get hibachi during lunch time; it's a smaller portion and lower price to match.

Didn't get a chance to take any pics because I ate it so fast! Sushi was great and Hibachi was filling and delicious. They even made a Balloon hat for mother's day
