    This morning I stopped at the Middlebelt location in Livonia and the following occurred.

    "Asked for 2 medium iced coffees with 1 cream and 1 sugar in each. The kid gave me 2 cups of iced creamer and sugar. They were pure white with no sign of coffee. I ask if they only had one cream in them and he said yes. I tried one and promptly threw them away and went to the 5 mile location. Far better coffee and service."

    Your customers service and food quality are far superior to that of the Middlebelt store. Thank you!

    The new everything bagel bites are great with my fave garden veggie cream cheese inside. Yumm!

    I love this Tim Hortons because of the employees. I only go through the drive thru, and they are fast efficient and very nice.
