Pricey but quick and great quality of ingredients. Friendly and helpful staff.

The smoothies are good but this is probably the slowest tropical smoothie I've ever been to. I'm not sure I've ever wanted less than 5+ minutes for my smoothie to be finished, even if I'm the only one here. The staff is a bit unprofessional at times.

They have the best fruit smoothies ever!!! The customer service is EXCELLENT at all times. A clean, well kept, friendly environment since its grand opening. If your looking for something nutritious and delicious head your way over to Tropical Smoothies in Livonia. You won't be disappointed!!

I LOVE tropical smoothie. I'm a loyal customer to this location. About a year ago the service was always horrible and wait times were ridiculous. I've watched changes be made with new hires and now it's not so bad. Some days it can get chaotic, I work with food and slow new employees as well and I know wait times can get a little crazy so I'm patient and wait. 9/10 times my order is made right so I leave satisfied. I'm here 5/7 days of the week, at least. The older gentleman, maybe his name is Don? I'm not sure what other employees said his name was, but he's a delight. He's always so happy and willing to help not only the customer but his associates too. I've seen this place on it's worst day and best days and the bad outweigh the good In my opinion. I think it just needs a bit more organization when it comes to the system of getting orders made and taken. But 5 stars for that Don? guy. 4 for food quality, and 3 for wait time.
