French Toast Bistro

Really, really good food that is reflective of the Cajun influenced menu. Everything is good here but the breakfast menu is particularly awesome. Excellent service and a cozy atmosphere.

I've been here quite a few times on this particular experience, we came on a Sunday afternoon there was a 45 minute wait which was fine we went shopping and came back. We came back and were promptly seated the table was dirty we had to wait for it to be cleaned off. They seated us and took our order my entire party said not to order the baked french toast. I decided to order it anyway, the wet soggy texture made me violently gag they use canned strawberries which are very soft, the blob tasted like soggy, moist bread it had a terrible texture. Everyone else enjoyed there food but I probably wont go back.

I had the French Toast Crunch with fresh peaches, candied pecans, and peach syrup. It was so delicious. My niece had an omelet with a potato pancake that was flavorful and she truly enjoyed. Great lunch. Everyone greeted us with a friendly smile. Wonderful service.

Really good food but the coffee sucks. I want everyone to go there, enjoy the exceptional food and bring their own coffee because it's the ONLY thing that mars an otherwise perfect dining experience. The place is upscale and their menu is top notch so there's no reason they should be serving swill you wouldn't accept at a truck stop.
