Einstein Bros. Bagels

First time at this location, very nice café serving great coffee and best breakfast bagel sandwiches. I have tried bagel sandwiches at different places but nowhere comparable to this bakery. I knew about this bakery years ago but never really tried it till recently. Now it's my favorite breakfast spot. For those who like spicy food, try their jalapeño bagel, you won't regret it.

Less than excited on my second lunch trip. They no longer had the bagel sandwich I wanted. First time I went for lunch, I didn't know how lunch worked with the sides and drink. Was talked to like I was a little dumb. The place is empty at lunchtime.

One of the best locations I’ve been to. The customer service is beyond perfect. The lady taking our order made sure we were or were not wanting to get all the add one we could. Double checked everything and made sure we were happy.
Spoke so clearly that even I could understand it and I’m 90% def and wearing hearing aids.
Only two minus was the little girl making the drinks and organization.
As the little girl was measuring off the milk to use for a Small and Medium hot chocolate.. measured off too little so she filled up the medium all the way, and the small one only a quarter ... then filled the rest with cream... while I was watching. Lucky to you that I like cream and that I like my drink not too hot.....

Secondly there were only 3 employees and too many customers. Which resulted in that we had to wait forever, as one person did taking the order and making food. The other person was cashing clients out and making food. And the last one was making drinks and food and calling people.... you guys need more staff.
