Highly recommend walking a block east of the park and hitting this place up. So much food and it was delicious! The sauce has just the right amount of sweet and heat.

Great BBQ! Kids enjoyed the half smoked chicken meal, wife had some of the best ribs she has had in a long time, and daddy partook in the pulled pork meal. The pork posole was also a unique Delight. Only suggestion or minor critique, would be to offer a few more options for drinks. Did not really have anything that would even be considered child friendly for a drink. Also, would have liked to see a smoked sausage on the menu. Otherwise, very hard to complain about anything at this establishment. Great service, quick, amazing food, and the customer service was Top Notch. They even came out on the porch to make sure we were doing well and that we were having a good experience and the kids were enjoying the food. Will most definitely be back!

Some of the best brisket I've had around Detroit! Tender, juicey, flavorful, and a massive pile of it on my plate. Wife had pulled pork and that too was wonderful. Do not pass on the dirty rice! Tastes just like New Orleans.

Outstanding Memphis style BBQ. Had pork shoulder, ribs, brisket, chicken, and dirty rice. All the sides were delicious. Large portions. Enjoyed a cup of salmon chowder also. Wonderful friendly owner's. Aaron and Kim are a great team. Get there early, they sell out almost every day.

Great food with generous portions at good prices. I was looking for some good BBQ in the area and another BBQ restaurant didn't have the greatest reviews. I was surprised with how much food they gave with one entree. Usually when you get a lot of food, it's not high quality, however this was great. The meet was tender and not fatty and the sauce was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for local BBQ.
