BIG BOY

Honestly, I was back "home" and before I left, we stopped here to eat. I ordered the slim Jim. You just can't go wrong with it. Service was quick and thorough. Food was great and showed up fast. Everything was perfect and to be honest, I didn't expect that at this location in particular. If you're early to the airport for a flight, stop here. I can't see why you would regret it.

Stopped in just to see if it was like I remembered, but not a great display of tastiness. Don't get me wrong, the staff was great and the service was delightful. The food was about public school quality. Green beans with bacon, literally were can beans maybe bag, with cold bacon tossed on top.

First off I want to start by saying this is the best Big Boys establishment I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The staff is so amazing and the food is delicious. The salad/soup bar specifically was great. The lettuce was fresh and the soup temperature was perfect!! I highly recommend this place if your looking to dine in! Thank you for the great food and service! I will be back soon ????

The owner and his staff AIM TO PLEASE and they EXCEED ALL EXPECTIONS...the food is on POINT...it's clean and very neat...the waitresses are PLEASANT, PRETTY AND WELL ARE JUST PERFECT...it still maintains the feeling of Big boy from years ago...stop by you will love it...I KNOW I DO...the only BIG BOY LOCATION FOR ME...plus you enjoy the airplanes taking off and landing right next door to Metropolitan Airport...The Metro Detroit Area...it's The Best Folks????Home of the Big boy Combination with a thick creamy shake....yummy yummy to the tummy????

Airport area waiting to ensure flight for family member departed on time. Saw the Marquee advertising breakfast bar (buffet) for $5.00 with drink purchase. Ordered coffee (drink purchase) and went to the breakfast bar. Sausage links, scrambled eggs, kilbasa slices with onions and peppers, O'Brien Potatoes......all cold, not even warm. Waitress called the cook who warmed the food. Coffee was good, service was attentive without hovering. Second try at the breakfast bar was satisfactory. Rest room was clean, had soap and towels. Enjoyed a complimentary Detroit News paper. Got my check.......$15.75.....asked why not the advertised $5.00 with drink, told that didn't include Saturdays. Not a happy customer. Looked at the sign on exiting, does not say no Saturdays. Bye, bye Big Boy. Never again.
