I don't like that there cashier this morning 5/29, had on gloves to accept my money and walked away to fix my food but when she walked away she still had the gloves on. In my mind sure kept them on. I can't see once you walk away from the window. Great customer service would've been here talking the gloves off in front of me and then put some more gloves on right there or once she walked away put more gloves on. I also saw 2 other ppl who could've been making the food while she collected the money. This isn't my problem bc of Corona, even though that's something to be concerned abt but this is a problem regardless. They also did not give me a receipt, that's a no no. Been looking for a Tim Hortons that's open early bc I have to be to work by 5:30a but this isn't going to work for me if this isn't addressed. Great listening is a plus too. I asked for my everything bagel to be toasted on both sides, that didn't happen. Disappointing experience after searching for a Tim Hortons for days (new to the Romulus area).
Every single time we go to this specific location our orders gets mixed up. We ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches, 2 with bacon and 1 without. Instead we got 2 with bacon and 1 with sausage. Sausage was not even mentioned at all while ordering... The staff is kind though. The new strawberry cheesecake donut was simply delicious.
Always made right at this location! Also the vinalla dip was the best one I've had was so fresh
i worked at this location for 8 months. when I started things were indeed pretty bad, but management really got a grasp on what was going on and we have really become way better staff wise. drive through can be slow, but the reason is because we are sometimes understaffed. we do our best to make our customers happy, and as for me, I put my all into the place. I loved my coworkers and would definitely recommend this location to anyone. they treated me like family (most of the time) and highly appreciated all the hard work I put into the store. I had to leave for other reasons not pertaining to the store and I will greatly miss all of them. I am happy to say, this Tim Hortons is one of the best ever. thank you for everything
