Love their ribs and rib tips. The variety of sauces are nice to try. I was with a group of 14 and they kept us all together but still let us separate our bills w/o adding their own tips. I like that.

We had a large group reservation after a funeral and they would not seat us until our entire party was there, even though they were not busy; we had to wait in the lobby or stand outside. Staff was fairly nice but didn't come around too often despite the size of our group. A few of us ordered the ribs and we all agreed that they were pretty dry and tough. Not a terrible setting, but definitely not what I would expect from a "Bar-B-Que" style restaurant. Probably wouldn't go there again. :(

Food is great, staff is good, wait time for order is really slow. Whether we have had dine in or carry out, there is always a longer than normal wait to get your food. I know, I know, food takes time to cook. However, if you order 3 meals online prepaid and they tell you it will be ready in 30 minutes on a Wednesday evening, you expect it to be close to that time. Waited an additional 25 minutes to get the food. Only 1 person in front of me and they too had been waiting. I would have been good if they just gave the hour time to begin with. The dine in area was not busy either. We switched to using carry out from this location after always waiting so long for dine in meals. Guess I will just start adding 20 minutes to their time.
