Macy's Lakeshore Grill

If you can find the restaurant in this 272,000 square foot, archaic department store straight out of the 70’s, you’ll be in for a treat. Everything is original from the 70’s, including the waitress we had. Food was good, although I don’t know why anyone would go way out of their way to get anything besides the Maurice salad and DELICIOUS rolls.

Everything was great Food was excellent Would have given 5 stars But the greeter Told us to Pick what we wanted because they were closing in 20 minutes.

A lot of great food and great service. I enjoy it when management also helps out with customers. It shows how's humbling they are and how much they care.

The restaurant was about a third or at most half full when we arrived. It looked like there were at least three waitresses working. But we waited at the front for over five minutes before anyone came up to seat us, and the service was surprisingly slow the entire time.
The food was pretty good, although the hummus platter appetizer is pretty overpriced for a small cup of hummus and four wedges of pita bread. Overall this location was kind of a letdown after our previous visit to the Novi location.
