O'Samurai Japanese Steakhouse

l Ordered to go. I ordered a large order and to my surprise they put only one pair of chop sticks in the bag.
I called to make them aware of the oversight.
To my surprise I was informed that this was standard practice for this establishment.
Coming from the North East in New Jersey this is not common practice.
This is like a chicken joint giving me two napkins on a to go order for a twenty piece chicken order.
I think they should post something to let patrons know that they have to request additional items.

The food was delicious.

Generous portions of food. Better than Benni Hannas in my opinion but same atmosphere. Great Chefs. A little bit of a wait time between seating and production but the food was worth the wait.

The food is great and the cooks are awesome! However it seems that some of the wait staff have not been properly trained. The last four visits the waitresses have been terrible. For example 15 minutes for drinks, 30 minutes for salad and soup, sushi coming out after hibachi food is 3/4 done being cooked. Asking for refills and they never come or take over 10 minutes. Waitresses here only have to bring drinks and food it shouldn't take so long. Probably need a "not allowed on your phone" policy. Probably won't go back.

What an amazing place. Good atmosphere, very nice friendly wait staff. And of course the highlight, the chefs. Awesome. They are 2nd to none. This is a smaller Benihanna's but the only difference is the size of the place and the tab. Very reasonably priced for everything you get. This place is a mark above all others. Go here, sit, enjoy, take the family and you still will not be broke when you leave. It's great. You'll thank me, I promise.
