    Okay, I am a daily Tim Horton's customer. We moved from Canton to Taylor last year and the contrast in service is incredible. Compared to many other franchises this one is just poor. There are good staff members, but they are always understocked and they tend to be out of many things. This includes coffee cups! I've received a hot coffee in a soft drink cup with a lid and straw. Many other Tim Horton's offer a free Timbit to my dog and I find I have to order a single Timbit for her. They do not carry plain Timbits. Ever. If possible, I avoid this one. Luckily, they are everywhere.

    The cashier gave part of my order to the customer before me. She doesn't have my whole order because she gives it Away.
    At the end I was happy and received my order. We are human and we will make mistakes. God blss
