He was helpful about menu questions and options and had a great phone voice. I love that it's in a party store so I can get everything I need in one stop. They also accepted the online coupon! “I was going to head to another location based on the reviews ... but I just decided to stop here and take my chances . I am here now . I really don’t understand the bad reviews . Customer service is excellent. During a time like this I’ve honestly been afraid to go into businesses because well I’m (black and a small woman ... to say the least ) but there is a black person that actually works here that helps make the food. The cashier was very nice to me as well. I am now trying my cheesesteak and it is very good . I added banana peppers . I would highly recommend this place to any and everyone . I don’t leave reviews but I felt like I should because the reviews here are the complete opposite of what I experienced !!! ❤️”

“I love this theater. My son loves that he can lay back in the chairs with his feet up. They have wonderful choices at the concession stand. With having recliners you don't have to worry about kids putting their feet on your seat or kicking them. It is a wonderful place for a family.”

“These are the most delicious pretzels I've ever had. It was hard deciding which one I wanted, so I got a few, lol! Got the jumbo special with parmesan cheese and marinara sauce, bacon cheese (wholly cow) and the little ones for my daughter with cinnamon sugar and vanilla sauce. I'm not entirely sure unless the deep dish format has changed I got the supreme deep dish with butter cheese crust.
