What can I say? Great service and the food is home cooked! Portions are huge and prices are cheap! The wait staff are all very friendly as well! Would recommend the place highly

Nice little place with a old school feeling. Never had a bad thing to eat and my order is always the way it is supposed to me. Staff is super friendly as well a must go place.

I had one of the Thursday specials, the spinach pie dinner. It came with soup (I went with cheese burger soup) green beans / carrots, my choice of potato (I went with fries) and ice cream. It was more than I should have eaten in one sitting but I powered through. The price was $7.25! Incredible!
This is a great place.

Long Time Local Diner

I visited on a Friday morning. The breakfast was good. I had the “Home Run” $4.45 and a coffee $1.69.
Yes coffee is only $1.69, most places it is $1.99 or more, and it was good. Was the breakfast a value? Yes I received two eggs, two sausages, two strips of bacon and two pancakes. It hit every base and I left for home almost to full to run. The staff was very friendly with smiles all around. The place is not very big. They have two person booths, 4 person booths and counter stools. If you have never been to Georges you should give them a chance. Easy access from Fort Street or West Road (they are on the corner). I will be back to check out the rest of the menu.
