We live 35 minutes away, and Shoy Hey is still our go-to for American Chinese done right!
The staff is always, always friendly, and the food is always hot.

Dine here once, and you'll notice that the kitchen is always busy. Either preparing your food, or the seemingly non stop carry out orders that need to be filled.

A well kept secret that needs to be tasted, appreciated, and given your patronage.

Such a great place, huge portions and very cheap! Great atmosphere, gets very busy around dinner time.

I've been going there for years. Mostly because there isn't a better place around the area. It's either here or drive to Dearborn. I do enjoy their food 80% of the time. It's the other 20% where the taste or quantity isn't consistent! It's either REALLY DELICIOUS and prepared great or it's just NOT. Here's to hoping it's delicious from now on!

Okay, this is typically our place for carryout. But for the first time in many years, we decided to inside, sit down and enjoy the food straight from the kitchen and less the Styrofoam containers. If you haven't been out for Chinese, give it a whirl. The hot tea, soup and egg roll before the main meal is a nice touch. Plus, our service was very good, too.
