I end up spending the same amount of $$ at chipotle or other Mexican food trucks in the area and by far Emelies GuacNRoll is a Bang for your Buck. I spoke to the chef and all thier food is made in house (made to order) they use Hala RibEye steak which is DELICIOUS. And they also offer fresh & healthy drinks that are made with real fruit, no artificial bs.
Overall great food truck & great food! I'll be there every week for a meal ! -
