Everything is from scratch, and absolutely delicious!! The Mango Fresca was amazing, and the Quesabirria tacos were SO good. The cook makes it all homemade, and you can definitely tell. It's a very small family establishment, and the staff was all very kind and accommodating. It's an open kitchen, so you can see her cook from the bar, which is awesome!
I ate my dinner as takeout because my baby wasn't really letting me eat, but even having it saved for later, it was to die for! I strongly recommend trying them out!

We decided to try this place out to try something new. It’s a small establishment and quite unassuming but they absolutely make up for it with the food. My wife and I both got the quesabirria tacos and they were amazing. The broth they serve with it is fantastic and the corn tortillas are so flaky and great. Our daughter got the bean burrito and she ate it all which is rare for our 9 year old. We will definitely be back and would and will recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

If you love great food over great decor this is your place. This is by far the best tasting mexican restaurant around all of downriver. Verde salsa was out of this world with a great kick behind it, and the birra was full of flavor and consume was perfect and could be enjoyed by itself. Overall this has become my new favorite go-to.

Food was good. Better than most Mexican places. They’re still doing some construction so I knocked then one star for atmosphere. Also, plastic table covers are too long.

Outside of that. Menudo is tasty. Would prefer no bones because it took a lot of space in my bowl. Would also prefer they ask what type of tortillas I wanted. They bring flour by default. I prefer corn. They brought corn so no real problem there.

Salsa was fresh but needed either salt or more seasoning.

Friendly staff. Very helpful. Look forward to going back and trying different food.

Prices are about what you expect for a decent sit down restaurant. Food quality was reflected in the pricing.
