Love the 2-5pm dollar menu! Our family can eat for pretty cheap! Food came out fast and service was great!

The food is fresh. I'm always told it will be "just a couple minutes on the fries" which lets me know the fries aren't just sitting there and whatever else I order comes out fresh too, like the time it takes to cook the fries is used to make the other food so nothing is sitting there.

I haven't been to an arbys restaurant in over 20 years. You know how it is after you have kids and you go where they want to go. Anyway, I ordered the pecan chicken salad sandwich and curly fries. The chicken salad was delicious. It was stuffed with chicken, apples, grapes. Flavor was just right: not bland in the least. The bread was delicious, I would like a loaf of that for sandwiches at home! The curly fries were good too, just a yummy as I remembered. The staff was friendly and engaging and even cracked jokes with us.

The ladies working on that shift were outstanding. They all deserved to be promoted to manager. Any store owner would be blessed to have such a crew. I know it's fast food but I went inside and the customer service was top shelf. Even called the number on the receipt to give them accolades.
