“Bunker buster at age 12 I am on my first golf cart over there paid for it by age 14, then rolled it over doing the garbage run. I used to love working out there in the ponds I caught me a little Dogfish fry named puppy. I never forget Bricks great German Shepherd, he would carry me back to the top of the hill and I would slide down again. Over a hundred gowfers frozen in a year. Lots of great people and good times over there.”

“My husband and I own The Cornerstone at Cedar wedding venue in Bourbon , Indiana. Brewhouse BBQ catered a wedding this weekend. I was very impressed as we have different caterers every weekend and this food was outstanding. All items were amazing. I saw the wedding guests going back for seconds and asking to have a take home container. I would definitely recommend to any couple for their event.”

“I think they must’ve had a very rough morning/day by the time I got there because no one was particularly happy to see a customer walk in… behind the counter was a bit of a mess and one bathroom had no toilet paper but I think they were understaffed and tired. I was grateful for this location though, needed a break on my 15 hour drive. PSL and sausage egg and cheddar were good :) The only thing I know about Michigan is this Starbucks haha.”

“We were traveling for a church retreat in Shipshewana. We had breakfast. My husband ordered the steak breakfast special, and I had the corned beef hash skillet. Everything was delicious but the steak was not prepared well. We had plenty of food for the price though. The eggs were cooked to perfection. His were scrambled, that's easy enough, but mine were over easy, slightly runny. Again, they were perfect. The steak was could have used a bit more seasoning and seemed steamed or baked, and I prefer biscuits with sausage gravey with my corned beef hash, and they don't serve biscuits individually. I would suggest NOT getting the steak. ***UPDATED My husband didn't tell me the whole truth about his steak until after my initial review.”

We had heard wishers of amazing food and fantastic service so we finally took the 30 minutes drive to check it out and we are so incredibly glad we did. The food was amazing. My photos don’t do it Justice because we were so excited to eat it, photos became a second thought. The Italian Beef sandwich with the Mac and cheese - my husband (who is incredibly PICKY) said it was one of the best meals he’s ever had. The Mac and cheese was stringy and gooey in all the best ways. I had the ribeye and mashed. Equally excellent. Get the bread app (bottomless) and the house butter - they have different one daily. And goodness gracious save room for dessert get the cookie and ice cream…thank me later.”

“Upon arriving at this charming destination, my husband and I decided to take a leisurely stroll along the trails and satisfy our hunger with a light meal. Although the signage had promised well-maintained paths, we discovered that they were not groomed as expected. Nevertheless, we found solace in the picturesque wooded surroundings and enjoyed our walk. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, we couldn't help but notice the fun sledding option available. The staff at the cafe and shopping area were incredibly attentive, adding to the overall delightful ambiance of the place. With its undeniable cuteness and homely atmosphere, we are already looking forward to returning in the summer!”
