Herban Wolf Deli

A nice spot for a deli with plenty of seating for the early lunch group. I had the Ravn and my wife had the Woden. the sandwiches were full of flavor and they were filling. We both ate half there and brought half of the sandwich home. The Bacon Bleu Potato Salad is a must have. Like the sandwiches, it was exploding with flavor. The staff members we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. It was a great date day lunch.

The Herban Wolf crew is fantastic in all ways. No matter how busy they are they like to make sure each customer is well taken care of, and the food is delicious and never rushed!

They have a rotating menu so while it’s a smaller menu it’s mighty, and if nothing is calling your name just take a look the next week. They do 1/4 hot dogs called Wolf Dogs which are SO filling and it’s always fun to see what flavors they go with it - they rock the Chicago dog! We’ve done takeout many times and the paninis stay nice and crispy and don’t get that dreaded soggy sandwich if you finish it later.

Delicious! I am so glad HW opened a brick and mortar location. The food truck was great, but food like this deserves a table. OUTSTANDING job! Please support this local business. 🙏 So tasty!

I had the Raven panini. The flavor was delicious. The bread was yummy and toasted to perfection. I was surprised by the lack of meat on the sandwich. I would expect more than 1/2 slices of pastrami when paying 12 dollars for a sandwich. They were out of many sandwiches choices when I arrived around 3:00 PM on a Friday. I would expect that it would be difficult to properly prepare enough ingredients when you are a new business and are not sure what your daily numbers are just yet. Service was great! Wonderful atmosphere. I will definitely be back and will recommend others give them a try :)

These were some of the best sandwiches we’ve had in a while. They are absolutely top notch in how tasty and unique they are. The staff are really friendly and attentive. You can tell they all make a really good team. The atmosphere of the restaurant is really nice and relaxing. Will definitely be going back for more. Highly recommended.
