Caribou Coffee

I love that this new little spot was built here!!! We frequent the cabin weekly, if not daily. The drawback is that they are limited on coffee beans for purchase and run out of items from time to time. Everyone is always super friendly and speedy, and they get the drinks right every time. I really have no idea why people stay in a long line at starbucks up the road - this is the place to go to!!

I'm a coffee guy. I've drank Dunkin, drank Starbucks, even worked at a Starbucks. When I say they don't compare to Caribou Coffee, I mean it. I was visiting this location from out of state, way out of state, all the way from Georgia. But I was highly recommended Caribou by family I was visiting. They were not lying. The quality of the coffee, the flavor, it was on another level. The barista was very friendly, exceptionally so considering it was early in the morning. I wish there were more Caribou locations here in the south. I can't recommend this coffee enough.

Sarah the store manager is very friendly and has awesome customer service! The service was super fast and her staff is always on top of things! I normally get a hot drink, but with the morning already being 69 degrees I thought I should have a cooler. I asked if I could have a decaf caramel cooler and she asked if she could use decaf cold press because she didn't have whatever else it would need to be decaf, I didn't care, I just need decaf because caffeine causes migraines for me. She made sure to read my order back to me and again while giving me the drink. Made my day with her smiling face and happy attitude 😊

Service is always great or fast. My issue is with my order. I get the same thing every time. It's a large cold press with 2 extra shots. I can really taste the extra boom in there and not just the first sip but all the way through. On quite a few visits, my coffee just tasted like coffee. No, hello, how you doing . I can taste when there is extra in my cup. I don't know if it's a training thing, but I'm gonna hit your neighbor quick trip and spend 3$ on their coffee instead of the 8$ I spend on yours if I'm not getting what I'm paying for.
