Chili's Grill & Bar

Love this place. Great food at great prices. This location is a bit busy at all times. Service at more times than not are at best ok... Have not had much luck with service and customer service with this location. Cooks are awesome. Food is wonderful.

The family was here celebrating birthdays. I really like the comfortable atmosphere at Chili's. We we're greeted quickly and seated. Drinks came, the waitress was awesome. Chicken fajitas and enchilada soup for my daughter and I. Hubby had a Bacon Cheeseburger w/BBQ sauce and fries. My son had the Chicken and waffles plate. The food came piping hot and quickly. Drinks were replaced without having to ask. It was busy on a Wednesday night but we did not feel rushed or hurried. If paying by card, they encourage you to use the machine on table. Easy to use and no waiting for the waitress to handle your bill. Plenty of onsite parking, handicap accessible. This is a nice option.

Food was good. Service not so good. Place was not busy when we came in but still had to wait to be seated. Waiter kept addressing my husband as "boss"such as what can I get for you "boss".I would prefer to hear the word sir. What can I get for you. Husband not too concerned about this since he is hard of hearing anyway.but I think we could have been treated with just a little more courtesy.

The queso burger I had was amazing and the fries were some of the best I've had. The fries were on the saltier side but they made up for it with how evenly cooked and seasoned they were. The burger was nice and tender with just a sliver of pink in the middle and each bite had a different mixture of the topping and spices so it was exciting for my taste buds from start to finish. I've never had a burger make me want to write poetry before but this one did. It's my new comfort food.
