Chipotle Mexican Grill

Always experience the best customer service at this location. I just called and let the manager know their team is doing all of the right things. I see the team all working hard & helping one another. Staff were making sure things were being refilled timely & very polite. Kudos to this location & their staff’s hard work!

We arrived at this spot for a meeting. we heard about this place from many people. Well, it was a winning. The crew welcomed us with a smile and we had a fantastic feeling. The meal was great. We loved this place a lot and we will definitely return to this restaurant. we highly recommend this place.

Always good service. This place gets pretty busy around dinner time. Line out the door but they have good food.

The food here is good and fresh, and portions are really large. However, it is a fast casual restaurant, not fast food. I suggest utilizing the online ordering during busy periods, or you could wait in line for a half hour or more. Also, they do not always keep up on the dining room; it was not overly busy tonight, but the dining room was messy, tables were all dirty, the soda area was a disaster, and the forks were all gone. When I asked for a fork, the employee acted as if I were a nuisance. There were quite a few of us waiting for more than a couple of minutes for forks to eat our food, and an employee was taking her time and walking slowly to refill them. When she refilled them, she stocked the forks tines up, so that everyone reaching for a fork had to touch the part that you eat off of with their germy hands. This is the incorrect way to stock self-serve silverware at a restaurant. I was thankful that I was the first one to grab a fork after she stocked them!

Overall I recommend Chipotle - but know that you may not always receive stellar service or see a clean restaurant.
