I'm amazed by how much good Mexican food we have in the Twin Cities - I've heard people say, "eh, the Cities don't have any good Mexican food." These people obviously haven't ventured to some of the places that have it - such as Cuco's. It's in a nondescript strip mall in Columbia Heights, you could drive down NE 37th or Stinson without noticing it.

I had the grilled chicken taco combo. The tacos were perfect - best I've had so far. The medium tomatillo salsa was the perfect spice level with rich flavor. You also get free chips and house salsa - all of this for less than $12.00! The owner was so very nice and helpful. I can't wait to come back, even though it's not very close to where I live.

You owe it to yourself to check out this place if you like great Mexican food. It's a real gem.

I get to eat here a lot since I work close by. I got to say the service is always awesome and they keep the spot clean consistently. Pricing is reasonable and they serve sizeable portions.

The food is great! My favorite so far is the Chicken Chimichanga. The service is always fast, attentive, and welcoming. Great place!
