    Great portions better than average coleslaw. Nice bread pudding. Ribs were solid and easy to chew with little fat.

    Good food. Just does not have the authentic barbecue joint feel. You don’t smell smoked brisket when you walk in, you smell “corporate franchise”.

    Ok.. I'm from the Northeast but wow.. This is how you do BBQ. And they have the trophies to show for it. Ribs were smokey but not too over seasoned (salt) and just the right balance of sweet and spicy heat. The Brisket was OUT OF THIS WORLD smokey through and through. Not smoke rubbed but smoke INFUSED. I'll be coming back for more and more.
