I have been every time I am close always good and great taste food

Normally, we really enjoy our visit to Potbelly. This particular visit was OK, but not up to the normal level of service we are used to. There were a few minor issues. The bread was a little hard as if it had been toasted too long. We still had cheese on one sandwich despite repeatedly asking for no cheese. Milkshakes were made but left in the blender. After waiting for a few minutes, we had to inquire about the milk shakes. All they had to do was pour them into the cups. The store wasn't busy but it was late in the day. We will go back again and give the establishment another chance.

I'm only giving this a 4 because the food was so good. The tables ALL needed to be cleaned off and one if the workers seemed extremely stressed even though the place was not busy. Maybe they just got done with busy rush, but cleanliness is important!

3.5 STAR Quality toasted sandwich, a little pricey vs competition. I added chips and a shake for 3.50 and the shake was absolutely tiny (4oz?). I liked that I could add mushrooms to my sandwich but wasn't told it was extra til paying. 2 people, 2 sandwich, 2 grab bag of chips, 2 tiny shakes and a glass of water for $23

Location itself was kinda messy and unkempt but the shakes are crazy good. I would honestly say the coffee shake may be one of my favorite beverages on earth. Sandwiches are never a let down either. Solid choice for lunch.
