“Ordered through the app(like normal). Got an extra large 2 topping pizza and a 10 piece chicken Popper, the pizza was delicious, the first bite of my chicken popper was not cooked and cold.I went through the rest of the chicken to find the same outcome. I was a bit upset with the chicken so decided to call and talk to a manager, this made me more upset as she was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL when I told her my concern, she shared with me that it is company policy to double check for quality assurance that the chicken was in fact un cooked(Making me feel as if not believing me)and she'd send a driver to pick up the raw chicken, bring it back to the store to reassure and re deliver me some proper chicken, all the while with an absolute BITCHY attitude the entire conversation.. as much as I want to discontinue service with this chain of Papa John's, The driver who dropped off my original order and followed up to pick up the raw chicken was VERY polite and made me feel like a valued customer UNLIKE THE RUDE manager I spoke with over the phone... I will likely order again from this chain due to the sole fact of that driver (never got his name), and I will be sure to be contacting corporate about the manager of this chain (which I also did not get the name of). I hope they don't poison my food because of this review, I just had to share this experience.”

“Flameburger is a great place if you like an old school burger cooked to your liking, with raw or cooked onions. The atmosphere is great. We dined there just before Halloween, and the place was decorated appropriately. My son says it's the same with Christmas. The staff is very cordial, and the kitchen is right in the dining room. Bring your family and your appetite.”
