Sapphire Sushi, Hibachi & American Cuisine

I do not enjoy fishy flavor, and I always order from the cooked Sushi menu. I've enjoyed most of the rolls I've tried. Their cream cheese wantons are delicious!!!

Steak hibachi is the best.. I haven't got a chance to try anything else but I'm sure going back.. staff. And servers are great.. very good place

We really enjoyed our evening with a sushi appetizer and our hibachi dinners (shrimp and chicken). All the dishes were fresh and flavorful. The owners Rayna and Steve (plus staff) were very friendly and attentive. Thanks for bringing some new cuisine options to the Detroit Lakes area.

We have been here many times in the last year and the food and service could not be better. This place offers such a great variety of foods to choose from. This time my wonderful wife and I ordered the variety four piece chicken dinner w/mixed sautéed vegetables. There was a wonderful amount of veggies and lots of chicken, of which we took at least half home. The side salad was far from just ordinary, as you can see there are many flavorful items in it! No doubt, we see ourselves considering the Sapphire Restaurant as our favorite place to go now!
